DESCRIPTION:December 7 and 8 the Festival Chorale will present a joy-filled concert in the Mendocino Presbyterian Church Sanctuary under the direction of Matthew Evans. This year’s musical selections include songs familiar and unusual\, including some “classics” in four-part harmony. All will be sure to delight and help kick off your festive holidays. After each concert we’ll celebrate the season and each other next door in Preston Hall\, with hot cider and homemade Christmas cookies. The work has been ongoing\, even throughout the pandemic\, creating heart-warming and memorable concerts. If you’d like to support this excellent singing\, please consider joining the Friends of the Chorale. \nFestival Artistic Director Allan Pollack: “I’ve been touched by the dedication of the members of the Festival Chorus\, and so have wanted to create an opportunity for people who are ready to take their choral singing to the next level.” \nJoin Friends of the Chorale
