Infrastructure:
$254,156, which includes $46,000 for the tent rental, supplies,
lumber, sanitation units, security wages, crew wages, etc.
Labor:
Heavy (moving over 200 sheets of plywood, 850 chairs, etc.)
Skilled (building the stage, floor, light booth, side panels)
Stage (running the Festival season)
Basically, erecting the Tent Concert Hall and the Concession Tent takes about 2 days. Building the rest of the concert hall requires 15 people for 12 days. Running the Festival season employs 6–8 people per day. When the season ends, 15 people spend a week taking everything down and putting it back in storage.
Direct Community Impact:
Our 2023 economic impact analysis reported that we brought $1,989,462 to the local economy (Tent Concert Hall production; orchestra musicians’ expenditures while here; attendees accessing lodging and dining, etc.).

California State Parks and MendoParks
Local first responders and sheriff
Local school districts (rehearsal and performance space rentals)
Mendocino Presbyterian Church (rehearsal and performance space rentals)
