Some patrons (including many MCN customers) have let us know they aren’t receiving important emails from us, even though they’ve asked to receive them. This usually means an email address has been flagged as “cleaned” by our email platform provider. This status can result from past problems with email from other senders, and can only be corrected by the addressee using the form below, regardless of other interactions with us.
