The California Honeydrops don’t just play music – they throw parties, and have taken the party all over the world. From European tours to featured slots at the Monterey Jazz Festival and Outside Lands, their shared vision and main purpose is always for the audience to sing and share their joy. They’ve come a long way since two of their members started busking in an Oakland BART station; now five members strong, this enormously energetic band draws on diverse musical influences, which range from Bay Area R&B, funk, Southern soul and Delta blues.
