For one enchanting evening, the Mendocino coast transforms into a celebration of French flavor and joie de vivre.

It’s An Evening in Paris, the Festival’s 40th season opening gala, where celebrated hosts Fedele and Linda Bauccio, creators of Sostenuto, will present a culinary experience inspired by French cuisine and the art of gathering well, at the newly-remodeled Mendocino Cove Resort (formerly the Pine Beach Inn).

Expect delicious food, exceptional wine, authentic Parisian café music from the Baguette Quartette, and lively conversation, in an atmosphere designed for lingering and delight.
