This year’s Big Band Night will feature the great Kim Nalley, singing the most popular tunes and arrangements that she has performed over the past number of years. There will be great music, great soloing, and that good old feeling the band has been bringing to its audiences for decades. Whether playing Count Basie, Aretha Franklin or Stevie Wonder, the band’s energy knows no bounds.
For 2021, the Festival is temporarily transplanted to a new indoor venue, the beautiful 1938 Cotton Auditorium in nearby Fort Bragg. One-hour concerts, no intermission, distanced, limited capacity, proof of vaccination required, masks required. Sell-outs are expected due to limited capacity.
Seats arranged in pairs must be purchased in pairs. Orders containing one of a pair of seats may be cancelled.
For the safety of our patrons, it is the Festival’s choice to maintain distanced seating. Allowing paired seats to be purchased individually would disrupt this aspect of our safety plan, which, for many patrons, is the basis of their decision to attend in 2021.
