A benefit for Mendocino Music Festival

A scrumptious gourmet meal awaits you at the Festival’s annual MacCallum House Winemaker’s Dinner & Auction featuring the wines of Toulouse Vineyards and winemaker Vern Boltz. An all-inclusive bargain at $85, the evening includes hors d’oeuvres and wine at 6:00, followed by dinner with wine at 7:00. Choose from the following pairings:

• Saffron Risotto (2012 Pinot Gris)
• Pan Roasted Duck (2008 Pinot Noir)
• Filet Mignon (2010 Petite Sirah)

Dessert pairing: vanilla-scented angel food cake with balsamic strawberries and whipped cream (2012 Riesling).

Also starting at 6:00, a creative silent auction features a number of Japanese-themed offerings to promote our July 21 day-long celebration of Umi no Hi, Japan’s Ocean Day, which will feature a bento box benefit supper for Fort Bragg sister-city Otsuchi, devastated in the March 2011 tsunami. Silent Auction Items include hotel lodgings, dinners, golf, locally grown sparkling wines, art, chocolate and more.
