Festival Orchestra and Chorus
The season finale will feature Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G Major; Brahms’ orchestrally-accompanied choral work, Schicksalslied Op. 54; and Beethoven’s great choral Symphony No. 9 in D minor Op. 125, with soloists Shawnette Sulker, Betany Coffland, Christòpheren Nomura, and Alex Boyer.
For 2021, the Festival is temporarily transplanted to a new indoor venue, the beautiful 1938 Cotton Auditorium in nearby Fort Bragg. One-hour concerts, no intermission, distanced, limited capacity, proof of vaccination required, masks required. Sell-outs are expected due to limited capacity.
Seats arranged in pairs must be purchased in pairs. Orders containing one of a pair of seats may be cancelled.
For the safety of our patrons, it is the Festival’s choice to maintain distanced seating. Allowing paired seats to be purchased individually would disrupt this aspect of our safety plan, which, for many patrons, is the basis of their decision to attend in 2021.
